• All appointments must be booked in advance.

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Cancellation policy: 24 hours’ notice required; late cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

• Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will honour agreed rates.

• We are not responsible for outcomes beyond our reasonable control, including third-party laboratory delays.

9. Complaints 

• Complaints should be submitted in writing to our clinic manager.

• If unresolved, you may escalate to the HFEA or CMA.
